Under no circumstances shall Uprise Global Sports be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss resulting from the use of our services or participation in international batches, subject to Indian governing law.
Refund Policy
At Uprise Global Sports, we maintain a transparent refund process to ensure clarity for players and parents. This policy outlines our commitments and player responsibilities for all India-based batches.
Booking & Batch Cancellation
Initial booking fees are required to secure a player's spot in a specific India-focused batch. If Uprise Global Sports cancels a batch due to unforeseen administrative reasons, players are eligible for a 100% refund of the amount paid towards that specific batch. Cancellation request timelines are strictly enforced according to the batch start date.
Visa Rejection & Withdrawal
In the event of a UK visa rejection (provided all documents were submitted correctly), a partial refund will be issued, excluding processing fees. For player withdrawals, refunds are percentage-based: 75% for withdrawals 60+ days before travel, 50% for 30-59 days, and no refunds are possible for withdrawals within 30 days of departure from India.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain costs incurred upon registration are strictly non-refundable. These include travel insurance premiums, personalized cricket kits, and non-refundable flight deposits paid to partners. All refund requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation to the Uprise Global Sports administration team.

1. Use & Eligibility
Our site and services are designed for cricket development. Use is eligible for players aged 12 and above. All players under the age of 18 must have explicit consent and ongoing supervision from a parent or legal guardian for participation in any Uprise Global Sports programs or travels.
2. Payments & Fees
Participation requires a non-refundable booking fee to secure a spot in the specific batch. Remaining balances must be cleared in accordance with the agreed-upon installment schedule. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in the forfeiture of the seat and any prior payments made.
3. Travel Responsibilities
While we provide guidance, players and parents are solely responsible for ensuring valid passports and securing the necessary UK visas. Uprise Global Sports is not liable for travel disruptions caused by visa rejections, expired documentation, or non-compliance with international travel regulations.
4. Code of Conduct
Elite performance requires elite discipline. All participants must adhere to our strict code of conduct, which includes respect for coaches, officials, and fellow players. Intellectual property, including training methodologies shared during the program, remains the exclusive property of Uprise Global Sports.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of this site or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
